Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer-service experience, preferably in a higher education environment. Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented and able to work with diverse populations. Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Banner, Banner Document Management, and SharePoint is preferred, but not required. Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar or Assistant Registrar.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hours of Employment: Monday – Thursday between 10:00am-6:00pm and Friday- 8:30am-4:30pm. The incumbent must be flexible enough with their hours and schedule to meet the needs of the department and/or the university. Salary Range:Commensurate with experience
