Job Title: Admissions & Outreach Manager
Job Summary: The Admissions and Outreach Manager is a professional role in graduate enrollment management and admission that participates in and contributes to recruitment, marketing, and enrollment management for USF School of Education programs. This leadership role participates in enrollment planning in coordination with the Office of Admission and Outreach, faculty, school and university leadership. The Admission and Outreach Manager position will be based in the East Bay and the staff member will be expected to commute to San Francisco a few times per month. This position will report to the Associate Director of Admission, Communication and Outreach in the School of Education's Office of Admission and Outreach.

Responsibilities
Independently meet enrollment goals by recruiting and enrolling graduate student prospects for the East Bay campus.
Counsel prospective students and applicants on School of Education program offerings, requirements, and standards - providing general information on programs and services in person, at events, and by telephone and email.
Manage admission application processing, tracking and decisions, scholarship
distribution, working with applicants as well as program faculty and associated offices.
Provide detailed information on curriculum, financial aid, the application process, housing, and other services to prospective students pre- and post-application.
Develop and implement location-specific yield activities.
Coordinate with program faculty to provide appropriate information to students at various levels of the application cycle.
Develop and execute communications: digital communications including Slate
communications, mail, invitations, etc.
Provide insight to develop and execute program marketing plans in coordination with supervisor
Manage all details of campus budget for programs at East Bay location.
Plan for and participate in recruiting events such as fairs, conferences, career events, information sessions, open houses, webinars and other specialized recruiting events.
Serve as a liaison and contact for current students enrolled in the School of Education programs at the East Bay location.
Support location students by working with program faculty to ensure student experience is exceptional.
Support and communicate needs and changes related to campus facilities including, but not limited to, classroom space, printing services, centralized campus spaces, office space, parking etc.
