Are you a creative problem solver and like to focus on continuous quality improvement of data systems? Nicolet College is seeking qualified candidates that possess creativity, ingenuity, and acumen for automation, process improvement, and customer service excellence.

The Registrar leads the student records functions for the College, ensuring accurate and efficient services and information to students, alumni, faculty, administrators, and external agencies. This position also leads and manages key operations related to academic records, class schedules, registration, academic calendar, degree verifications, and the evaluation of transfer credit and credit for prior learning. Additional responsibilities include reviewing academic policies, procedures, and curriculum to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree, has administrative and supervisory experience, and experience with degree audit reporting, degree evaluation, transfer information systems, such as Transferology, and imaging systems.

Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in registration, enrollment management, student success coaching / academic advising, or records management and experience with student information systems and MS Office.
